From Ios to Santorini,
unfortunately there was no wind at all and arrived only by motoring 3 hours
long. As every one knows Santorini is very different, very charming, mysterious,
imposing island located on a volcanic hill. Sunset view is amazing. Thousands of
tourists are floating from one end to the other, so there are so many tavernas
and bars everywhere. Santorini can be described shortly as the typical Greek
Architecture and breath taking sea view together. We felt its uniqueness from
the very first moment we faced its caldera from Hummingbird.
We found very safe buoy located in very deep water just down the most beautiful
region OIA so it was possible to leave Hummingbird alone and we climbed up the
hill to the town many times. It is very difficult to tell about Santorini. It
is an other world, it is an island where nature proves that there is no limit of
beauty.
