| The Institute of Social Sciences
offers three graduate programs, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Program, Health Care Management Program (M.Sc), and American Culture and
Literature Program (MA). Candidates who have completed undergraduate work
will be admitted to the graduate programs (MBA/M.Sc/MA) on the basis of
their performance on entrance evaluations. The schedule for applications, entrance evaluations, and registration is announced through the press. The language of instruction is Turkish except for the American Culture and Literature Program; however, proficiency in English is required of candidates for admission. Başkent University provides scholarships for exceptional candidates for the second year. Through agreements established between Başkent University and leading universities in the U.S.A., students may enter special programs there, receiving credit at Başkent for their work.
